CAREing Paws PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
I hereby consent of my own free will, without coercion or inducement of any kind, to grant to CAREing Paws, Inc., a Georgia nonprofit corporation, its successors and those persons acting on its behalf (collectively, the “Organization”), the right to reproduce, copyright, publish, circulate and otherwise use one or more photographs and/or videos of me, including my image, likeness and/or voice (collectively, “Images”), and to identify me by name in connection therewith. I understand that the Images may be edited or copied, modified or altered, used by themselves or with other images, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished Images.
This authorization and release (“Release”) covers the use of the Images in any form, in any medium, including without limitation electronic display via the Internet, for advertising, publicity, social media, or any other legitimate purpose. There is no time limit on the validity of this Release nor any geographic limitation on where the Images may appear or be distributed.
Furthermore, I hereby sell, assign and transfer to the Organization all my rights, title and interest in and to all reproductions taken or made of me by any representative of the Organization. I acknowledge and agree that this Release fully represents the parties’ understanding and that no other inducements, statements or promises have been made to me. I fully understand that no monetary payment will be made to me for any of the uses described above.
